When do I have the right to cancel an order?
You have the right to cancel your order as long as you have not received an email that your order is on its way. All cancellations are subject to article 19 in our terms and conditions which every customer agrees to while placing an order through our webshop or with our company. This means that 73% of your purchase amount will be refunded. As soon as your order is placed with us, transport is paid immediately, the order is entered and all labels are prepared. The amount retained covers these costs and is therefore included in our terms and conditions.
